Homeowners

NRPP certifies professionals. It does not test houses, sell test kits or interpret test results. For questions about radon in your own home, contact your state radon office, or use the EPA supported help lines.

To find someone to do the work, use Find a Certified Professional.

Appeals and complaints

Appeals against a certification decision go to the Certification Management Committee, which meets monthly. Complaints about the conduct or the workmanship of a certified professional follow the complaints process. Both forms are published on the site [confirm appeals and complaints page links].
